U9C Force Sensor: Reliable Tensile and Compressive Force Measurement
The compact and cost-effective U9C series force sensors reliably measure tensile and compressive forces where space is limited. Thanks to their high natural frequency, they are suitable for very fast measurements. Like all strain gauge based sensors, U9C sensors also reliably measure static forces with long-term stability. Thanks to their welded stainless steel design and their flexible ordering concept, they offer both ruggedness and a plug and measure solution.
METRO designs and manufactures its own measurement electronics and distributes the HBK force sensor range, to offer you a complete measuring chain.

- PLC integration and acquisition through the M-Bus modules (FMB-SG, FMB-PLC, MA).
- Measuring chain calibrated by METRO, sensor and electronics together, with calibration service and mobile calibration solution.
